College Preparation and Placement
Team RBI is not right for everyone. Players with the goal of playing college/professional baseball and who have work ethic in line with that goal make Team RBI their baseball home.
All players are selected based on how they can contribute to the program now and how well they project at the college level or professional level.
Coaches of highly competitive teams who wish to give up coaching control when players reach the 14U age division are often interested in RBI's 10U, 11U, 12U, and 13U Team RBI sponsorship program. Many coaches have built a relationship with RBI over the years and when it was financially possible they handed over a core group to our qualified staff and encouraged us to take the team to the next level.
